¿Quién puede completar la encuesta?
✅ Te identificas como latinoamericano (nacido en Latinoamérica o con ascendencia latinoamericana).
✅ Vives actualmente en Australia, independientemente del tipo de visa o la duración de tu estancia.
✅ Tienes entre 18 y 35 años.
🧭 La encuesta es anónima, segura, gratuita y solo te llevará 15 minutos completarla.
💬 Se puede completar en inglés, español o portugués.

Perspectives is a national survey that seeks to better understand the experiences, challenges, and contributions of Latin American youth living in Australia.
By sharing your story, you’ll help us highlight the richness and diversity of our community, and build stronger connections between Latin America and Australia.
Who can complete the survey?
✅ You identify as Latin American (born in Latin America or with Latin American heritage).
✅ You are currently living in Australia, regardless of visa type or length of stay.
✅ You are aged between 18 and 35.
🧭 The survey is anonymous, secure, free, and only takes 15 minutes to complete.
💬 It can be completed in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to people based in Australia aged 18-35 years and over who complete the survey, Perspectives, during the Promotion Period.
1.2 Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of the Australia Latam Emerging Leaders Dialogue (ALELD) are not eligible to enter.
1.3 ALELD reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must complete the online survey in full during the Promotion Period.
2.2 Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be invalid.
2.3 Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required to participate.
2.4 Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be accepted.3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion commences at 10:00 a.m AEDT on 28 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 7 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.4. Draw Details
4.1 A random draw will be conducted at 09:00am AEDT on 17 December 2025 at the office of ALELD, Melbourne, VIC.
4.2 The draw will be conducted by an authorised ALELD representative.
4.3 One (1) or more winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.5. Prizes
5.1 The prize(s) consist of 1 x $500 digital gift card (AUD).
5.2 The total prize pool is valued at AUD $500.
5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 ALELD accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value or for any lost or damaged prizes once awarded.6. Notification & Announcement
6.1 The winner(s) will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.
6.2 The winner’s first name, last initial, and state/territory may be published on ALELD’s website and/or social media channels.
6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 3 days of notification, ALELD reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to a replacement winner.7. Personal Information
7.1 ALELD will collect entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting and administering this promotion.
7.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with ALELD’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.8. Disclaimers & Liability
8.1 ALELD is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect entry or participation.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, ALELD excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.
8.3 If for any reason this promotion cannot proceed as planned (including due to pandemic, natural disaster, technical failure, or other unforeseen event), ALELD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion.9. General Conditions
9.1 ALELD reserves the right to:
Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time;
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or breaches these Terms & Conditions; and
Substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

9.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
